STEP 1

ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

The online registration form will open on October 25, 2023, and will last until December 1, 2023.

Only the school coach shall fill up the online registration form through this link:

There is no maximum number of participants a school may send to the competition. However, each participant should be a 7th to 12th grade student currently enrolled in the school he/she will be representing; born no earlier than or on the 1st of July 2004.

D

Only one (1) coach must represent the school regardless of the number of student participants.

Listed below are the available testing centers per region:

 

LUZON

  1. Ateneo de Manila University

  2. Ateneo de Naga University

  3. Philippine Science High School - Ilocos Region Campus

VISAYAS

  1. Sacred Heart School - Ateneo de Cebu

MINDANAO

  1. Philippine Science High School - CARAGA

  2. Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan

  3. Ateneo de Zamboanga University, Senior High School

*Please note that the available slots per testing center will depend on their maximum capacity, the registration form shall be updated to reflect these.

The registration fee per student is 1000 PHP with an additional 350 PHP for the accompanying coach. The registration form requests for a proof of payment before submission. For more information on the registration fee payment procedure, you may check this link:

Carefully double-check and review the details entered in the form before submitting.

The PBO Communications Team will confirm the receipt of your registration. Expect this confirmation some days from the day of submission.

STEP 2

VERIFICATION OF PAYMENT

A

Payment will be verified by the PBO Finance Team after the aforementioned processes have been completed.

B

After this, the PBO Communications Team will send a confirmation kit through the email addresses indicated in the submitted registration form. This will confirm your participation in the event. This kit will contain the necessary primers, operational schedules, and mechanics.

Instructions for the next steps of the event will be included there.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

A

Once again, only the registration form submitted by the school coach shall be acknowledged and entertained.

B

Last day for registration is on December 1, 2023.

From November 28, 2023, to December 10, 2023, we will not be sending out confirmation kits. Any school that registers during or close to this period can expect to receive their confirmation kits some days after said period.

D

There will strictly be no refund of payments after the school has been sent the confirmation kit. This applies even if the school should choose to withdraw from the competition.

Only a total of 1000 student participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Please be advised that the capacities for testing centers are limited and varied. The testing sites on the registration form will be constantly updated to reflect this. 

  • In the event that the desired testing site is no longer available, we will inform you through email regarding this.

  • Optionally, you may take the elimination testing at the Ateneo de Manila University; please note that accommodations will not be provided.

  • However, should you be unable to attend the testing at any listed testing site, you may ask for a refund through finance.pbo@gmail.com, we apologize for the inconvenience.
